Job summary

CHC Helicopter's Heli-One Richmond, BC facility is seeking an experienced Aerospace Welder to join our team. In this role you will operate welding equipment to support repair and manufacture of aircraft components, tools and equipment, following OEM specs and procedures.

Based in Delta and relocating to Richmond by January 2027, you will contribute to safe, reliable rotor-wing maintenance. You will read complex drawings, perform GTAW TIG welding, and ensure weld quality while maintaining a

Qualifications

Experience with GTAW (TIG) welding and resistance spot welding.
Ability to read and interpret complex drawings to plan welding sequences.
Completion of welding fundamentals program (Level B and C) or 10+ years GTAW experience.
Must pass a visual acuity exam and maintain 20/20 vision with correction.

Responsibilities

Repair, overhaul and manufacture aircraft components and tools.
Ensure work complies with OEM specifications, service bulletins and quality procedures.
Maintain a safe, clean work environment and support travel as needed.
May perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
