Job summary

Doncasters in Groton, CT seeks a Wax Injector to operate a 50-ton press, extrude and gate parts, assist with assembly prep and gating mold pours, and maintain production records in EPICOR following detailed work instructions. You will work in a hands-on environment with basic assembly and injection tasks, hand tools, and on-the-job training.

Prior production experience is helpful but not required, and development opportunities are available within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in basic Assembly and Injection.
• On-the-job training.
• Hand tool experience.
• Experience in production positions preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 50-ton press, extruded and cut gates, assist with assembly preparation and gating mold pours, maintain accurate production records in EPICOR, and support operations while following detailed work instructions and safety procedures.
