Job summary

Barnes Aerospace West Chester Division is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inventory control, material flow, and shipping/receiving for aerospace production. You will work with planners, buyers, and the production team to ensure materials are available per schedule.

The role requires strong attention to detail, 2+ years in aerospace, and proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office. A BS degree is preferred and the environment is fast-paced and collaborative.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in an aerospace production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to prioritize workload and resolve issues.
• Ability to problem solve and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to interpret travelers and work instructions.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ERP knowledge.
• Able to work in a team and cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of inventory and inventory movement.
• Oversee material, inventory transactions, cycle counts, and receiving to complete PO function into ERP.
• Daily management of inventory, material stores, and shipping/receiving.
• Provide oversight for proper handling and storage of materials.
• Ensure production requirements are met per Master Production Schedule.
• Coordinate with planners and buyers to issue material for production.
