Job summary

Barnes Aerospace West Chester Division is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead inventory, shipping and receiving, and material flow across the production floor. You will manage cycle counts, EO/PO processes, and ERP transactions to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy.

The ideal candidate has aerospace production experience, strong detail orientation, and familiarity with Syteline ERP and MS Office. This role requires supervisory responsibilities and collaboration with production teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ aerospace production experience.
• Detail-oriented with multi-tasking ability.
• Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Able to operate lift trucks or hand trucks.
• BS degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and inventory movement.
• Oversee material transactions, cycle counts, receiving.
• Daily management of all inventory transactions and shipping/receiving.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials.
• Support production schedule adherence with Master Production Schedule.
• Lead stores and physical inventories.
• Collaborate with Planners/Engineers to issue materials.
• Participate in RTV material management.
• Train employees and supervise daily operations.
