Job summary

Barnes Aerospace West Chester Division is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage inventory flow and material handling in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will coordinate purchasing, outside services, and ERP transactions to ensure on-hand materials support daily production needs.

The role requires 2+ years in aerospace settings, strong data-driven decision making, and effective leadership to train and supervise personnel across shipping, receiving, and stockroom operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in an aerospace production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to prioritize workload and resolve conflicts.
• Problem solving and data-based decision making.
• Able to interpret travelers and work instructions.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; working ERP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of inventory and inventory movement.
• Oversee and review material and inventory transactions, cycle counts, and receiving function into ERP.
