Job summary

AST SpaceMobile is seeking an Aerospace Warehouse and Logistics Associate to manage inventory records for small aerospace items in large quantities. The role involves tracking item quantity, type, and value and processing shipping requests to ensure timely deliveries.

Key duties include maintaining order status throughout the process, performing data entry for shipping and receiving, and resolving discrepancies.

Qualifications

• US Citizen, Permanent Resident Card holder, or otherwise authorized to work in the US
• 0–1 year related experience
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stand, and lift objects
• Ability to operate lifting and packaging machinery
• Commitment to excellence and high standards
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Accurately controls and tracks physical inventory.
• Process delivery requests and generate product shipments.
• Maintain status of orders through the entire process.
• Maintain accurate records of material quantities, types, and values in stock.
• Count and bag material for storage and issue from stock.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Complete all stores, receiving and shipping transactions, data entry.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
