Job summary

AST SpaceMobile is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment across facilities between Midland and Odessa, TX. The role requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Responsibilities include receiving and labeling shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and processing orders with attention to deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 0-1 year of warehouse, shipping, and receiving or related experience.
• U.S. citizen or authorized to work for any employer.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to use handheld scanners and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, unload, and verify shipments against orders and packing slips.
• Process, pack, and prepare outbound shipments according to requirements.
• Maintain inventory using WMS and ERP systems and perform cycle counts.
• Pick, stage, bag, and prepare materials for shipment and internal use.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and packaging machinery safely.
