Job summary

AST SpaceMobile is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Midland, TX to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and material handling. The role uses WMS/ERP systems, scanners, and Office tools to keep inventory accurate while assisting production and logistics teams.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and 0–1 year of related experience. Multiple shifts with 4x10 schedules and potential weekend options are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• 0–1 year warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, logistics, material handling, or related experience.
• U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, unload, and verify incoming shipments against PO, packing slips, and shipping docs.
• Process, package, and prepare outbound shipments per customer and company requirements.
• Coordinate shipments with carriers and maintain shipping/receiving schedules.
• Identify shortages, damaged goods, discrepancies, and incorrect shipments.
• Accurately maintain and track inventory using WMS/ERP and handheld scanners.
