Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 8+ years of related experience or 2 years post-secondary/associates with 4+ years related experience.
• Experience using environmental test equipment including electrodynamic shakers, accelerometers, and shock test equipment.
• Proficient in basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills with customers and internal teams.
• Excellent planning, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work both independently and in diverse, team-oriented environments.
• Must be a United States citizen.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of support for test equipment and processes for vibration and shock test execution.
• Execute tests, record notes and anomalies, collect data, and write test reports with accuracy.
• Operate, debug, and identify root causes in test equipment to improve workflow.
• Contribute to failure analysis and develop recovery plans for test failures.
• Troubleshoot and maintain onsite environmental test equipment and fixtures.
