Job summary

Rocketdyne seeks a Manufacturing Test Technician to support acceptance testing on Space Electronics. You will perform tests, assemble data packages, and ensure test procedures and safety guidelines are followed.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet delivery timelines and improve production processes.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• 2+ years experience in troubleshooting to the component level is desired; familiarity with test equipment such as multi-meters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, thermal chambers.

Essential Functions

• Perform Acceptance tests on various products.

• Understand and follow appropriate test equipment / safety procedures.
• Maintain product configuration information in appropriate documents.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• 2 years or more experience in technical knowledge and skills in troubleshooting down to the component level is desired; solid understanding and working knowledge of test equipment such as multi-meters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, thermal chambers, etc.
• 2 years or more experience in basic computer skills including familiarity with Excel.
• 2 years or more experience in strong written and interpersonal skills, such as communicating well with customers, management, as well as other disciplines in the organization.
• 2 years or more experience in strong planning/organizational skills with ability to prioritize work assignments.
• 2 years or more experience in working individually and in a diverse and team-oriented environment.
• Must be a United States Citizen.

• Analog and digital troubleshooting skills.
