Job summary

Regal Rexnord Aerospace Solutions seeks an experienced manufacturing leader to oversee the seal team. You will guide Production Associates and Leads, drive safety, quality, delivery and cost, and translate strategic goals into shop floor action.

A Bachelor's degree in engineering and 3–5 years supervisory manufacturing experience are required, preferably in metal machining. Experience with lean, AS9100/QMS, and aerospace components is highly valued; strong communication and project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Three to five years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with metal Grinding, Turning, Machining and Assembly.
• Experience with aerospace components is a plus.
• ISO or AS9100 Quality Management System experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the seal team of Production Associates and Leads.
• Monitor Safety, Productivity, Quality, Delivery and Cost metrics and take corrective actions.
• Ensure customers receive high quality products on time.
• Develop and give performance feedback to Associates and make employment decisions.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements on the shop floor.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking regarding manufacturing capabilities and capacity.
• Support lean initiatives (RBS) and utilize lean tools to reduce lead times and costs.
• Lead facility safety improvement initiatives and AS9100/QMS support.
