Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Production Manager to drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics in a LEAN manufacturing environment. You will plan and execute schedules to support customer requirements, lead lean work cells, and develop a skilled workforce for world-class service.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of lead/supervisor experience, with strong Excel and ERP/Oracle/OneStream familiarity.

• Experience with Lean tools and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise manufacturing activities with production and shipping supervisors.
• Apply lean methods to reduce waste and improve quality.
• Manage plant departments to meet KPIs like productivity and on-time delivery.
• Analyze processes using VOC and root-cause problem solving.
• Develop SOPs and standard work for operations.
