Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of corporate training or instructional design experience.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training software.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training evaluation methods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver onboarding and qualification for production logistics employees.
• Design and develop instructor guides, materials, and assessments.
• Map training requirements and maintain audit-ready records.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR, managers, and SMEs to support learning needs.
