• Aerospace Manufacturing and Lean Certification(s).

Responsibilities

• Lead projects designed to produce educational deliverables.
• Coach and develop less experienced instructors.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer Sessions.
• Identify and validate training by observing and analyzing.
