Job summary

Liebherr Aerospace Saline, Inc. seeks a Training Program Specialist (Facilitator) to design, deliver, and manage comprehensive training programs for aerospace maintenance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Head of Quality & Lean Transformation, this role partners with shop floor technicians, engineering, and leadership to ensure workforce readiness, quality excellence, and adherence to FAA, EASA, EHS and AS9100 standards, while overseeing training records and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in training, facilitation, quality, aerospace manufacturing, or related industry.
• Knowledge of FAA, EASA, AS9100 standards and quality management practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, update, and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training programs.
• Create standardized training materials, job instructions, assessments, and competency evaluations.
• Partner with Repair Shop, Engineering, OEMs, and Liebherr network to build training plans.
• Coordinate training personnel and on-the-job training (OJT) mentors.
• Ensure all programs and records adhere to AS9100, FAA, EASA, regulatory and internal standards.
• Audit trainer records, OJT sheets, and qualification logs for compliance.
