Job summary

Liebherr Aerospace Saline, Inc. repairs components and coordinates with supervision to prevent issues and maintain smooth workflow across benches.

Qualification-required positions include a high school diploma or GED with 1–3 years in Aviation Maintenance; Airframe/Power Plant license is preferred. The role emphasizes compliance with manuals, data, and standards while maintaining tools and consumables.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years in Aviation Maintenance.
• License/Certification in Airframe / Power Plant preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Repair components in accordance with Component Maintenance Manuals, Engineering data, and/or other approved data.
• Complete repair work within the timeframe provided by the supervisor.
• Maintain shop supply discipline by ensuring resources are conserved and used efficiently.
• Ensure a proper level of consumables is maintained to prevent work stoppage.
• Maintain tooling and test equipment in the work area in good working order and properly stored.
• Coordinate with your supervisor for tool and equipment needs.
• Work with your supervisor on process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce shop flow days.
• Ensure all work is compliant with Liebherr-Aerospace, customer requirements, FAA and EASA standards.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Airframe/Power Plant license (preferred)
