Job summary

Qualifications

• Review drawings and CAD models to determine machining strategy, work holding, and tooling.
• Program CNC equipment using Mastercam for milling and turning.
• Set up jobs on 5-axis mills and mill-turn machines.
• Machining high-mix, low-volume prototype and tooling work.
• Interpret GD&T and apply precision machining methods.
• Use precision measurement tools and basic shop math.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC mills, lathes, and manual equipment.
• Manufacture precision tooling, prototype parts, fixturing, and support equipment.
• Interpret drawings to deliver completed parts with minimal assistance.
• Ensure compliance with DOT antidrug and alcohol policies.
