Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of CNC programming experience.
• Proficiency with G Code and 5-axis machines.
• Experience using micrometers for inspection.
• Experience operating lathe and mill.
• Ability to design/build tool and die sets.
• Strong tooling strategy knowledge and implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CNC programs for lathes, mills, and other equipment using G Code.
• Utilize 5-axis machines to produce complex parts.
• Measure and inspect parts with micrometers to specifications.
• Operate lathe equipment to produce high-quality parts.
• Design and build tool and die sets for production.
• Operate mill machines efficiently and safely.
• Develop and implement tooling strategies to optimize production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine and process issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve production processes.
