Qualifications

• Education equivalent to a 2-4 year degree in a technical discipline.
• 4-5 years cutting tooling application experience.
• Understanding of complete machining process preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with metal cutting principles in aerospace.
• Strong work ethic; self-motivated and capable of planning.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements sales plan for specific sales region.
• Partners with customers to generate new applications.
• Coordinates with customer plant and MAPAL to troubleshoot challenges.
• Liaison between customer service, manufacturing, and engineering.
• Instructs customers on cutting tools implementation.
• Resolves cutting tool issues and reports findings.
