Job summary

Janicki Industries, Inc. is seeking a Tool Room Technician to join our on-site team in Hamilton, Washington. You will maintain and organize tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures, ensuring calibration to spec and proper data tracking within our SAP ERP system.

The role requires reading work orders, blueprints, and drawings, plus strong English communication. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and experience with composites, with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Experience with composite or fiberglass fabrication preferred.
Ability to read, understand and follow work orders, procedures, blueprints and technical drawings.
Effective verbal and written communication in English required.

Responsibilities

Maintain and organize tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and tooling used in manufacturing processes.
Ensure tools and equipment are calibrated to specifications and tracked in data systems.
Interact with vendors for calibration, repairs, and quotes; support SAP-based purchases.
Adhere to QMS policies and procedures and company safety practices.
Possibly perform final inspection of work and conduct inventory cycle counts.
