Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC in Anniston, AL is seeking a Tool & Die Technician-Level 3 to fabricate, modify, and repair precision tools, dies, and fixtures for aerospace production, using aerospace-grade materials like Inconel 625. You will read engineering drawings and troubleshoot tooling to meet strict tolerances.

The role reports to the Tooling Supervisor and is an on-site position in Anniston with a 5:30 a.m. start and 4x10 schedule.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in tool and die or precision machining, aerospace preferred.
• Experience with aerospace-grade materials such as Inconel 625.
• Handle dies with tight tolerances and very thin materials (.008 in).
• Strong troubleshooting to minimize production downtime.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, maintain, and repair tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures to precise specifications using machine shop equipment.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure tooling meets design and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot tooling issues and minimize downtime.
