You will assemble tools (CAPTO C8, HSK125, CAT50), preset tools, interpret tooling prints, and maintain calibration using calipers and micrometers, while ensuring AS9100 and NADCAP compliance and a safe, organized work floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in a tool crib or related manufacturing role.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble tools (CAPTO C8, HSK125, CAT50), utilizing setup instructions.
• Preset tools (Zoller Presetting Tech, Haimer Power Clamp) and set gauging.
• Interpret tooling prints, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Confirm tolerance measurements with calipers and micrometers.
• Daily use of general hand tools in tool assembly.
• Set up and run surface grinders, Bridgeport mill, and pedestal grinder.
• Problem solve tooling related issues from the shop floor.
• Maintain tool crib cleanliness and organization.
