Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Welder (TIG) to join our aerospace manufacturing team. You will perform precision TIG welding in an inert chamber to repair and manufacture critical components to exact specifications.

Work on a 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) with potential shift differential and a $500 sign-on bonus. Join us in supporting aviation safety and reliability across the global industry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous TIG welding experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Good communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding operations on aerospace components per specifications.
• Produce high-quality welds with consistent, repeatable results.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Prepare parts for welding, including grit blasting.
• Adhere to safety, procedures, and material handling rules.
• Inspect finished work for quality and customer requirements.
• Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
