Job summary

Chromalloy is hiring a Welder to join our manufacturing team. You will perform precision welding operations on aerospace components using manual TIG, CNC TIG, Laser Weld, and Electron Beam (EB) welding equipment, producing parts that meet strict customer, quality, and production requirements.

Work directly supports aviation safety and reliability. Our teams repair and manufacture critical aerospace components for global aviation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints and travelers.
• English reading/writing required.
• Ability to pass a reading comprehension assessment.
• Knowledge of welding processes and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weld joints and components according to traveler instructions.
• Perform welding using TIG, CNC TIG, Laser Weld, or Electron Beam equipment.
• Complete welding activities on aerospace components meeting quality standards.
• Inspect tools and equipment before use.
• Maintain production, quality, and safety standards at all times.
