• 1–5+ years of TIG welding in aerospace manufacturing
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and travelers
• Must pass internal AWS D17.1 weld testing

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on production assemblies with minimal supervision
• Execute TIG welding operations including T joints, butt joints, and corner welds
• Weld stainless steel and/or aluminum per internal and aerospace specifications
• Read blueprints, travelers, and work instructions to produce conforming parts
• Maintain weld quality to meet production and quality requirements
• Troubleshoot and work with fixturing
