Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Read and understand blueprints and technical instructions.
• Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate thread rolling machines and related equipment.
• Interpret blueprints and manufacturing documentation.
• Use measuring tools to verify part quality.
• Perform first-piece inspections and in-process checks.
• Monitor equipment and report safety concerns.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety standards.
• Complete production records and transactions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
