Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services seeks a Thread Roll Operations Manager to lead production, planning, customer support, quality and continuous improvement in a high-performance manufacturing environment. This hands-on leadership role focuses on achieving operational excellence and sustaining growth.

You will drive daily operations, coach supervisors, and collaborate with customers and suppliers to meet delivery, quality and profitability targets while implementing Lean/6S initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of management experience in manufacturing, preferably aerospace.
• Strong background in machine shop operations, production and quality systems.
• Experience with AS9100, ERP/MRP systems, project management, and budgeting.
• Knowledge of inspection tools, process improvement and team leadership.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations, production scheduling, and workforce management.
• Drive on-time delivery, quality, productivity, and profitability goals.
• Develop and mentor supervisors and team members.
• Oversee tooling, equipment maintenance, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure success.
