Superior Thread Rolling Co. in Los Angeles, CA, seeks an Operations Manager to lead the Thread Roll Department from RFP through production, aiming to be the Aerospace Supplier of Choice by enforcing quality, lean processes, and the company's Vision Statement.

The role includes P/L responsibility for a $3-5M business segment, directing about 20 employees, setting direction, coaching, and driving on-time delivery, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of college; a four-year degree is preferred.
• Minimum of ten years of management experience, preferably in aerospace.
• Manufacturing or machine shop experience, preferably thread rolling/fastener industry.
• AS9100 knowledge and experience preferred.
• Destructive Metallographic Inspection knowledge and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and MRP/ERP systems.
