You will team with technicians and engineers who value quality and precision, follow instructions carefully, and communicate when more context is needed, contributing to mission success.

Qualifications

• Experience reading and following instructions carefully.
• Detail-oriented and organized workmanship.
• Ability to communicate when more context is needed.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and test satellite avionics at PCBA, sub-assembly, and spacecraft level.
• Organize and manage test stations and tools, maintaining maintenance and calibration schedules.
• Support engineering in improving functional testing of sub-systems and components as well as system level testing.
• Inspect and repair cables and harnesses for internal systems and interconnects.
• Troubleshoot test failures with test engineers.
• Own subassembly debug plan development.
• Develop and improve work instruction guides.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement methodologies.
