Job summary

ExoTerra is seeking Test Technicians (Level I or II) to support environmental and functional testing of aerospace hardware, including TVAC, vibration, EMI and pressure tests. Level I learns under supervision; Level II operates independently with standard procedures.

Training in ESD, cleanroom, FOD and safety is provided, with strong advancement opportunities. Roles begin with set-up, calibration, data collection and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to learn and follow detailed test procedures.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of electrical or mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate test equipment for environmental and functional testing.
• Support TVAC, vibration, EMI, and pressure testing operations.
• Operate test equipment including meters, power supplies, scopes, and DAQ systems.
• Prepare hardware for testing including assembly and configuration.
• Monitor test parameters and collect data during test execution.
• Read and interpret test procedures, specs and drawings.
• Document test results with full traceability.
• Assist with troubleshooting test anomalies and training programs.
