Job summary

Senra Systems is seeking an entry-level Test Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will perform functional, electrical, and/or mechanical testing on manufactured components and assemblies to verify they meet engineering specifications, drawing requirements, and customer quality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their manufacturing career to build hands-on experience in an aerospace production environment, working closely with technicians,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years experience in manufacturing, testing or quality environment.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings and work instructions.
• Basic understanding of measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Proficient with computer data entry and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn new testing procedures and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing and inspection of parts and assemblies per work instructions, test procedures, and customer specifications.
• Set up and operate test equipment to verify functional performance and dimensional conformance.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings to determine pass/fail criteria.
• Accurately record test data, results, and non-conformances in the quality system.
• Identify and report defects or process issues to supervisors and engineering.
• Maintain calibration status of test equipment and flag issues.
