Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Auburn, CA is seeking a Production Technician to test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify production of assigned products under limited direction. You will work in a high-volume test environment and support cross-functional teams to ensure quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include calibration, automated and manual testing, interpreting engineering documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Overtime may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of related field experience or equivalent education.
• Strong troubleshooting and circuitry/mechanical knowledge related to production test operations.
• Ability to learn new test software and equipment and work with diverse test setups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues in production test operations.
• Perform all testing operations within assigned functional area.
• Certify as Crane Designated Quality Assurance Inspector for product inspections as required.
• Create non-conformance reports detailing testing, failures, and root-cause investigation results.
• Interpret and work with work orders, drawings, and test procedures.
