Beyond New Horizons is seeking a Laborer to support operations at Arnold AFB, TN. The role involves varied manual tasks, weather-exposed work, and teamwork in an engineering test facility environment.

The position requires a high school diploma, two years of experience, US citizenship, and ability to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance. Willingness to work any shift and use PPE is essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of work experience is required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret-level security clearance.
• Current U.S. Citizenship is required due to AEDC security and contractor requirements.

Responsibilities

• Performs a wide variety of laboring tasks inside or outside under general supervision.
• Heavy manual work such as digging and backfilling trenches and holes.
• Moves furniture and loads/unloads materials.
• Operates basic tools and equipment; uses shovels, hand tools, and power tools as required.
• Cleans tools and shop areas; removes snow/ice as needed.
• Performs other duties as required.
