Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, invites students to join its Avionics Test Engineering team as a Summer (June start) or Fall (end of year) co-op. You will work on hardware and software test solutions and gain hands-on experience with sophisticated electronic equipment.

You will collaborate with project engineers, develop software tools, and contribute to process improvements while preparing technical presentations for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer/Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related STEM major and enrolled through internship/co-op
• Experience with C++ and C#
• Experience in AI/Data Analytics
• Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Engineers in developing and maintaining test solutions and manage project tasks
• Contribute to the success of a cross-functional team
• Develop software and tools to improve process efficiency
• Lead and manage project related tasks and present technical information to peers and management
