Job summary

RTX is offering a Summer (June start) and Fall (late 2026) co-op in Test Engineering within the Avionics team. You will assist in developing test solutions for Collins Aerospace products, work on software tools to improve processes, and gain hands-on experience across internal and external customers.

You will need to pause fall 2026 studies, contribute to cross-functional projects, and demonstrate strong project management, process compliance, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing/Bachelor's or advanced degree in STEM.
• Experience with C++ and C#.
• Experience in AI/Data Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Engineers in developing and maintaining test solutions.
• Develop software and tools to improve process efficiency.
• Plan and manage tasks and present technical information to peers and management.
