Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Typically 2+ years of engineering or test engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Experience planning, conducting, and documenting V&V activities.
• Ability to read schematics and follow service manuals.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, procedures, and reports to verify requirements.
• Develop, execute, and optimize verification testing across lifecycles.
• Perform system- and component-level testing with manual and automated tools.
• Plan, document, and analyze V&V activities with teams.
• Collaborate with design teams on integration and product development.
• Create new testing methods to improve efficiency and quality.
• Troubleshoot issues using schematics and manuals with logical methods.
• Support certification testing and regulatory compliance.
