You will lead a team of engineering technicians delivering high-quality technical solutions and report to the Engineering Manager.

The role requires a strong background in aerospace engineering, leadership of technical teams, and adherence to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• 3+ years of experience in engineering technical roles within aerospace or related industries
• Strong knowledge of aerospace engineering processes, technical documentation, and quality standards
• Proficiency with engineering tools and software such as CAD systems, data analysis tools, and test equipment
• Experience leading technical teams and managing engineering projects in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate engineering technician activities to support aerospace product development and testing.
• Ensure adherence to technical standards, safety protocols, and quality requirements in all engineering tasks.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing expert guidance and support.
