You will work with mentors and learn the full recruiting lifecycle, including outreach, interviews, and candidate experience in a fast-paced environment near space missions.

Qualifications

• You are currently pursuing a degree in human resources, business, communications, psychology, marketing, organizational development, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews.
• Supporting interview scheduling and recruiter communications.
• Maintaining organized candidate pipeline and ATS data.
• Participating in university outreach and talent acquisition initiatives.
