Job summary

Advanced Space in Westminster, CO is offering a 2026 Team Member Success Fall Internship to support the People team and gaining hands-on experience in recruiting and talent acquisition for a growing aerospace company.

You will work with experienced recruiters, handle candidate sourcing, scheduling, outreach, and maintain the candidate pipeline. This paid internship provides mentorship and exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or people operations.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting and talent sourcing initiatives.
• Assist with scheduling recruiter screens and interviews.
• Coordinate candidate communications and pipeline maintenance.
• Help with university outreach and career fairs.
