L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Specialist, Systems Engineer - Reliability in Amityville, NY. You will perform reliability analyses across Ground, Space and Airborne programs, including FMECA, ESA, RMA and FTA.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of experience and may require a security clearance. The position includes building failure rate models, conducting reliability demonstration testing, and supporting FRACAS and sustainment activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of related experience.
• Graduate Degree with 2+ years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate Reliability Plans and Procedures.
• Interpret reliability/availability requirements.
• Build component-level failure rate models.
• Conduct reliability predictions, FMECA, ESA, RMA and FTA analyses.
• Perform reliability, maintainability, and availability analyses.
