Job summary

CFD Research Corporation in Huntsville, AL is seeking a full-time Systems Reliability Engineer to mature the reliability framework for a complex aerospace hardware system. You will collaborate with design engineering, systems, test, manufacturing, quality, maintainability, and program leadership to maintain FMEA/FMECA, reliability predictions, and FRACAS.

Travel to the Hollywood, AL facility is required twice per week. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reliability engineering or related field.
• Three+ years in reliability engineering, failure analysis, hardware development, or related activity.
• Experience with quantitative reliability prediction models for complex hardware.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the reliability prediction model using Windchill.
• Maintain reliability analyses (FMEA/FMECA) and FRACAS data.
• Identify reliability drivers and ensure traceability across baseline and design.
