Jobgether is seeking a senior Reliability Engineer to own RM activities from design through testing and sustainment. You will lead FMEA/FMECA, FTA, and RBD efforts, allocate RM requirements, and produce MIL-HDBK-217 based predictions, while coordinating with cross-functional teams and customers during reviews.

The role emphasizes FRACAS management, reliability planning, and the use of digital engineering tools to improve RM outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in reliability engineering or equivalent role.
• Strong knowledge of MIL-STD-785 and MIL-HDBK-217.
• Proven FRACAS management experience with root-cause analysis.
• Experience with reliability test planning and ESS/RCM.
• Customer-facing during design and program reviews (PDR/CDR).
• US citizenship required.

Responsabilités

• Own reliability and maintainability activities from design to sustainment.
• Develop RAM-C documentation and reliability rationale reports.
• Lead FMEA/FMECA, FTA, and RBD development across architectures.
• Allocate RM requirements and maintain traceability to predictions.
• Produce MIL-HDBK-217-based reliability predictions and analyses.
• Establish FRACAS and drive corrective action closure.
• Create reliability plans, test plans, and growth strategies.
• Serve as primary RM customer contact for reviews (PDR/CDR/Milestones).
• Coordinate RM risk with manufacturing, quality, and safety teams.
• Apply digital engineering and AI-enabled RM tools.
