Job summary

RTX is seeking a Systems Engineer Intern in Minnesota to support growth within the product organization. You will work in a cross-functional team designing aviation sensors and integrated systems, coordinating technical decisions, and managing requirements through the product life cycle.

The role emphasizes collaboration, writing and managing requirements, and contributing to design reviews while supporting compliance with AS9100 and related guidelines.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related STEM field.
• Must have 60 credit hours by start of co-op.

Responsibilities

• Plan, document and manage product requirements.
• Participate in the new product design cycle with engineering teams.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure design meets customer needs.
• Coordinate team technical decisions and communicate project needs to leadership.
• Support compliance to AS9100 and Quality Management System.
