Job summary

RTX invites ambitious engineering students and early-career professionals to join a hands-on internship/co-op and potential full-time role in avionics CNS development. You will participate in a collaborative team, contributing to design, integration, verification, and validation activities across the full product lifecycle.

Expect exposure to requirements management, systems architecture, and data analysis while learning regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
• Must have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the internship / co-op session.
• Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a collaborative integrated product team and support the design, integration, verification and validation of avionics CNS products.
• Actively work in the full product development life-cycle activities and gain hands-on experience in requirements management, systems architecture, test planning and data analysis.
• Assist in documentation of engineering work in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
