Job summary

RTX is seeking a candidate to join its Mission Systems division in a hands-on, on-site role. You will participate in a cross-functional agile team and collaborate with mentors to develop and trace requirements for military communications systems, using MBSE and SysML tools.

You will learn through model-based design and rigorous integration testing, supporting security-focused aerospace projects and national defense initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires active pursuit of a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).

Responsibilities

• Perform in a cross-functional agile team
• Work in close coordination with a mentor using Collins Aerospace engineering processes
• Creation, decomposition, and tracing requirements for communications systems on military platforms, both air and ground applications.
• Work with a model-based systems engineering application to create logical and physical design diagrams.
• Perform integration and testing for these communications solutions.
