Job summary

Infinity Systems Engineering in Colorado Springs is seeking an Integration and Test Engineer to develop, execute, and document test procedures for complex systems, ensuring performance, functionality, and reliability. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in system integration and testing or related field.
• Secret clearance required.
• Experience with system integration and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW).
• Understanding of software-hardware interactions and embedded systems testing.
• Ability to analyze and interpret test data and provide corrective actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test plans, cases, and procedures for system verification and validation.
• Conduct integration and regression testing of hardware and software components.
• Perform functional, performance, and environmental testing per project requirements.
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and support root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with design, software, and hardware teams to resolve integration challenges.
• Develop and maintain test documentation, reports, procedures, and compliance artifacts.
• Provide technical support for customer demonstrations, field testing, and deployment.
• Ensure testing activities comply with industry standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to QA initiatives.
