Job summary

Infinity Systems Engineering LLC in Colorado is seeking a Test Engineer to design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment. You will plan labor, schedules, and testing for standard and specialized devices, and compile data to drive improvements across processes and products.

The role emphasizes system integration testing, collaboration with design, software and hardware teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in system integration and testing.
• Secret clearance is required.
• Experience designing, developing, and implementing test methods and test equipment.
• Ability to plan and coordinate testing schedules, labor, and equipment for standard and specialized devices.
• Strong understanding of test parameters and quality standards.
• Experience compiling and analyzing test data to identify changes in equipment, procedures, or processes.
• Hands-on experience conducting functional, performance, and special tests.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and procedures for system verification and validation.
• Conduct integration and regression testing for hardware and software components.
• Perform functional, performance, and environmental testing per project requirements.
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and support root cause analysis.
• Work with design, software, and hardware teams to resolve integration challenges.
• Develop and maintain test documentation and compliance artifacts.
• Provide technical support for customer demonstrations, field testing, and deployment.
• Ensure testing activities comply with industry standards and company policies.
• Identify process improvements and support quality assurance initiatives.
