Job summary

TE Connectivity in Mount Joy, PA is seeking a Manager I to lead a cross‑functional Product Engineering team within the ADM plant. This role focuses on sustaining aerospace, defense and marine connectors, overseeing part number maintenance and engineering data across multiple product lines.

You will participate in plant leadership meetings and help steer operations strategy for both Mount Joy and Rapho sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with managerial experience.
• U.S. citizen able to work in ITAR/export‑controlled facilities.
• 7+ years in tech‑based industrial operations with 3+ years leadership in sustaining or development engineering.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with regulatory standards and document it.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to set clear goals and priorities with leadership input.
• Assess feasibility of deadlines and suggest cost reductions and efficiency improvements.
• Design and document technical specifications, workflows and process/product documents.
