The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience, particularly in CAD and troubleshooting in the aerospace field.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sustaining engineering, product design, or manufacturing within aerospace.
• Strong understanding of GD&T and engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing engineering support for existing aerospace fastener products.
• Investigate product failures and perform root cause analysis.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
