Qualifications

• HS diploma (or GED) with minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surface prep and repair operations on aero-engine turbine airfoil components.
• May include grit blasting, masking, blending, and other routine tasks.
• Assist in development of other team members.
• Perform tasks in assigned area to support personal development.
• Work in compliance with EH&S rules, procedures and policies.
• Craft clear communication.
